Terms of Service

Using PromTrack

By creating an account, you agree to use PromTrack lawfully and not to abuse the service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to create an account and use this service. You're responsible for the content you paste into the app and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you create in PromTrack. We only process your content to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use PromTrack to store unlawful content, to harass others, to attempt to break our systems, or to circumvent rate limits.

AI and Third-Party Services

AI-generated extractions and follow-ups are suggestions. Review them before acting. PromTrack is not liable for inaccuracies in AI output. PromTrack integrates with third-party services (such as AI models and calendar providers); by using these integrations, you also agree to abide by their respective terms.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the current billing period.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

PromTrack is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
